Snell Breaks Ground on Fitness Center, Continues Investment at Halpine View

Arlington, Va. (November 2024) Snell Properties is continuing a major renovation project at the Halpine View Apartments in Rockville, Maryland. Over the past two years, more than 300 apartment homes have been renovated. In November, Snell and its partners broke ground on a 2,100 SF community-serving fitness center.

Halpine View, a garden-style apartment community located at 13013 Crookston Lane off Twinbrook Parkway, was originally constructed in 1965. The 564-unit community abuts the City of Rockville’s boundaries and backs to Rock Creek Park.

In addition to renovating individual apartment homes, the project included refreshing the pool facilities and common areas, modernizing the leasing office, and upgrading the model apartment.
