Snell Properties Welcomes Accounting Manager Erin Drone

Arlington, VA (January 4, 2023) — Snell Properties is pleased to announce the arrival of Erin Drone as Accounting Manager.

Prior to joining Snell, Erin served as the Accounting Manager for Tidewater Capital based in San Francisco. At Tidewater Capital, she managed the financial reporting and cash management of 15 investment properties and joint ventures.

Previously, Erin worked as a Fund Accountant at Stockbridge Capital Group in San Francisco, a real estate investment management firm. She was responsible for investor reporting, loan compliance, and cash management activities for two separate accounts, and an open-ended fund of over 90 properties with a gross asset value of over $1B.

A native of northern Virginia, Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University in Virginia.
