The Metropolitan Wins Award, Among Top 20 In The Nation

The Metropolitan, located in Raleigh, North Carolina, was recently ranked #19 in the 2020 Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking published by Multifamily Executive.  The Metropolitan is among the Top 100 properties with the most stellar online reputations in the nation.  The community was acquired by Snell in August 2020 and is managed by Bell Partners.
