Snell Properties Acquires Halpine View in Montgomery County, Md.

Expansive garden-style apartment community close to Twinbrook Metro

Arlington, VA (June 30, 2022) — Snell Properties is pleased to announce it has entered the long-term partnership that owns Halpine View, a 564-unit apartment community in the Twinbrook area of Rockville, Maryland.

In addition to joining the partnership, Snell will provide asset management services and lead a successful unit renovation program initiated by the existing ownership group.  The partnership also plans to design and construct a central facility for community-wide amenities that will contain a leasing office.

Halpine View, located at 13013 Crookston Lane off Twinbrook Parkway, was originally constructed in 1965.  The community abuts the City of Rockville’s boundaries and backs to Rock Creek Park.  The community’s proximity to transit, including the Twinbrook Metro Station, is convenient for federal and county employees as well as commuters into Washington, D.C.  Halpine View is situated in a desirable school district and offers attractive setting with mature landscape.
