Three Snell Properties Earn 2022 Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking

Three of Snell’s properties were recognized in the 2022 Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking published by Multifamily Executive. 

• Retreat at Ironhorse, located in Franklin, Tennessee and managed by Embrey Management, earned an ORA score of 98 and is ranked #75 in the nation.
• Channel Club, located in Tampa, Florida and managed by Bainbridge Companies, earned an ORA score of 97 and is ranked #168.
• The Metropolitan, located in Raleigh, North Carolina and managed by Bell Partners, earned an ORA score of 97 and is ranked #182.

Developed by J Turner Research, the ORA Power Ranking is derived from monthly online reputation research of more than 132,000 properties across multiple review sites and ILSs.
